RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Our Goal Every Clero customer should be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right we'll do our best to make it right.

2. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene standards the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet accessories
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item contact us within 48 hours at clero.info.co@gmail.com with a photo and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
