Shipping policy

All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping worldwide. Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to track your delivery at any time.

5. Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Clero is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
